As soon as you begin – you’ll have a dedicated project manager you can contact throughout the entire process.
Planning and Design
Free consultation
The first step is our free consultation. We’ll sit down to talk about your goals and ideas. Once we gather enough information, we’ll send it over to our team to draw up an estimate.
Estimate
Our team creates an estimate based on approximate building time and materials. We’ll use market averages and plan for a little wiggle room. Here, the budget isn’t final – there’s still time to adjust.
Design stage
Come down to our design center to talk with our project coordinator and settle on the specifics. You can choose all the materials, colors, and add-on customizations. We’ll make some final selections and make sure you’re getting exactly what you hoped for.
Proposal
Once our project coordinator knows exactly what you need, we’ll draw up a proposal that includes all the details of your home transformation – time, investment, and exact specifications laid out.
Agreement
If the proposal is perfect and you’re on board, we’ll sign the definitive agreement. This finalizes the details and our team will get to work right away.
Walkthrough
Time for a quick walkthrough. Your project manager will meet you at your home to go over all the details and talk logistics for the transformation.
Construction
Remodeling and Construction
With the green light, our team will head over to begin construction. Your project manager will be there every step of the way to address any questions or concerns you may have during the process.
Second Walkthrough
Before the building team goes home for good, you’ll do another walkthrough with your project coordinator. Here’s your chance to make sure everything is to your complete satisfaction.
Inspection
We’ll have a separate professional inspection of all the technical aspects you might not know to look for. You’ll receive an official certificate guaranteeing the quality is up to code.
Final Walkthrough
Look over everything one last time with your project manager. Once you approve of the transformation, we’ll sign it over to you.
Move-in
Settle back in with your family and enjoy your home!
Warranty
We make sure to only work with brands that meet our quality standards. Most of our flooring and cabinetry comes with a limited lifetime warranty, but make sure to talk with your design consultant for full details about your warranty.
