HOW IT WORKS

Initial Design Consultation
- Uncover your ideal design concept.
- Establish your preferred project timeline.
- Decide on a budget range suitable for your project.
- Review the comprehensive design and build services that we provide.
- Proceed with the initiation of a Design Agreement.
THE DESIGN AGREEMENT
- We begin by meticulously capturing measurements and images of your existing space, employing advanced technology like 3D and Lidar scanning for precision. Following this, you'll consult with your designer to discuss the potential layout of the construction area and broader design elements. Once the layout is agreed upon, the designer will guide you in choosing a suitable color scheme and theme.
- After the blueprints are finalized, you'll move on to select specific features for your project, such as plumbing and electrical fixtures, stone countertops, cabinets, tiles, and any other material textures required.
- Upon completion of your design and selection process, our build team will scrutinize your project, draft a comprehensive scope of work, liaise with all relevant trades, and establish a definitive cost for the build.
- At the end of the design phase, we will present a complete overview of your project from its initiation to its completion. This presentation will cover the design,
projected timelines, a fixed cost estimate, and we'll also address any questions or concerns you may have. It's also an opportunity for you to request any revisions if needed. - After any modifications, we'll provide you with a "Look Book" and the final plans for your project.
THE BUILD AGREEMENT
- Once you've been thoroughly informed and decide to proceed, we'll formalize our collaboration through a build agreement. The fee for your design agreement will be directly credited towards your construction project.
- Subsequently, we'll take responsibility for obtaining all required permits and we'll incorporate your project into our production schedule.
CONSTRUCTION
- The commencement of our construction process is marked by an initial Construction Kickoff meeting, led by your designated Project Manager. In this meeting, the final schedule, key milestones, and all necessary information will be thoroughly discussed to ensure your remodel proceeds with maximum efficiency and minimal disruption.
- We communicate daily with our clients with a project update. You also will have access to an online client portal where you can view your schedule and all pertinent information regarding your project.
Final Walkthrough
- After the successful completion of your project, we carry out a comprehensive final walkthrough. This is to make sure that all elements align with the agreed specifications and also to resolve any inquiries you might have.
Our Guarantee
- Once we've conducted your final inspection, we will provide a certificate affirming the project's successful completion. Additionally, we guarantee all the workmanship involved for a comprehensive period of three years.
